I started meditating a few months back. I decided to try to better myself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It helped as I was in the process of becoming sober and trying to win my battle with depression. As I started meditating I found a great sense of peace and I’ve learned a lot of lessons. I learned a lot of things about myself as well as concepts about life. I would never mind sharing what I’ve learned but I’m curious what other people have learned as well. I believe We’re all people and we should all work together and share what we’ve learned to see if we can’t help the next person so id love to hear what you all have learned and about your experiences.
