Need help installing third age mod?

Hey there like it says need help installing the third age mod. Iv tried in the past and haven't been able to figure it out I've even watched YouTube videos lol I'm not really the best with computers I know the basic but once it gets into finding files and moving things around I get lost. In the videos iv seen on YouTube ill try to copy what they are doing but then they will go to something and it's different on my screen and I can't find what they had. I don't know lol basically I need a how to install third age mod for dummies. And I'm sorry if this has been asked before
