Question about medications

So I’m on adderall auvelity(dxm and Wellbutrin) and sometimes abilify. So all of these work on dopamine and I’m curious how the mixture would affect my brain in the long run what kinda of changes it could have? So the adderall would release dopamine and norepinephrine the Wellbutrin would keep it in the receptors longer, the dxm would help addy tolerance with the nmda antagonism and the abilify helps reduce it if it’s excessive or too low.
