Aunt falsely being labeled as contact for grandmother?

Maybe someone can help me here. The hospital keeps listing my aunt as my grandmother's daughter, which we've told them multiple times she is not and should not be the contact at all for doctor's to call.
They are supposed to be calling my father, but they keep calling her "daughter." We've tried multiple times to get this resolved and the hospital never makes changes. They almost did surgery on her without my father's consent because she told them to do it.
How can we stop this?
