Question about Malpractice

On February 26, I had a surgery for an obstructed bowel it’s been a little while the incision is still not quite healled as a matter of fact, I have a part of it that has been infected and you can see something like a suture or some little piece of plastic coming out of that wound. I’m not sure if this is Malpractice I can send. A pic
