Bruising on my leg

Hello,
I smacked my shin bone and it hurt but now several days later my leg is starting to bruise all over. I'm walking with no pain other than the original injury location which has had a hunp for several days now. Did I break a bone? Should I get it looked at or just ride it out? Finger pointing at the original location
