Sometime last year, I started to experience this really weird sensation throughout my body while showering (mostly upper body and arms), like legit doing nothing that would cause any trauma or harm, just showering and this didn't happen every time i showered either and it only happened in the shower. I will start to feel it in my chest and tingling in my fingertips then to my hands and suddenly a sensational rush or feeling goes through my body (tbh it's really hard to discribe) I'll start to feel nauseous but not dizzy or light headed (I will sit down in the tub just incase I do get dizzy or pass out) I don't feel a pounding in my chest from an elevated heart beat or start to have heavy breathing and i don't get a head ache or feel any sort of pain. For a while it would only happen in the shower, then it would start happening at work and strangly at my desk and not anywhere else in the building, while I'm just standing there doing nothing ( I was signing papers not even really thinking about anything and was hit by it) it hasn't really started to happen more frequently but it has been hitting me randomly now anywhere no matter what im doing, but it will still occasionally hit me in the 2 main places it started. Google says panic attack but I've seen people have panic attacks and this just ain't it and it's definitely not a heart attack either.
