For sure. I have rosacea with awful ocular rosacea and I feel like there's not much help out there for me. And my husband has RA and has had trouble finding a med that will keep him pain free. I didn't know HS was autoimmune too.

8 years of relief is pretty good. I'm sorry it's coming back.
That's so frustrating. Going through surgery just to have it come back would make me so sad. I have ocular rosacea and it's similar in the sense that it's all trial and error and what works for one person doesn't work for another.
Does removing the sweat glands completely solve the issues?
