Interviewing Against Internal Candidates
Post Body
Was asked this question the other day and it opened up a good discussion, so I wanted to ask here. For this industry, what tips/advice do you have for interviewing against internal candidates? I.e. an associate who has been with the company, knows the products, competition, and call points. What are yall success stories with getting hired over an internal candidate or if youre a hiring manager, times you hired external over internal?
Lets discuss!
