Stolen tub what do I do?

So I got 2 tubs of topaz delivered in one package and after picking it up from the parcel locker, the packaging was so easy to open like someone had already opened it. And of course as soon as I opened it, there’s only one tub. I messaged my pharmacy and he confirmed he sent two and it was on my receipt. I’m honestly so mad and frustrated and I guess there’s not much I can do about it right? And help is much appreciated.

Thanks for everyone’s advice I have put in a complaint and now it’s a waiting game from here. Hopefully this person gets what they deserve!
