How do carts get substituted?

I was scripted the wrong carts and was hoping I'd be able to substitute it for the chemists own homebrand since it's cheaper, substitutes are allowed they are both one g carts I think the one I was scripted is higher mg so I'm assuming it should be fine to swap? With Amcal Southport thanks
