VIC - Does anybody here have experience being let off or evading a drug driving charge in court due to being a medical patient? My doctor has offered to give me a letter but said ā€œitā€™s not a legal defenceā€
Post Body

Curious if anyone has gotten off charges before or been able to prove they arenā€™t impaired and have their letter on them?

Itā€™s the worst part about living in Australia, having to deal with losing my right to drive essentially and always worrying where I shouldnā€™t have to.

Thanks!
