Mental Health Patients: Don't Neglect Your Exercise

As things start to get colder, it can be that bit harder to get out of bed in the morning.

Just a reminder for all you other MC patients that use this great plant to manage their mental health that the endorphins from exercise do so much more for our mental health than you realise. We will never regret going for that run, a short walk or even just a simple yoga routine on the deck. Build those positive habits instead of relying on always toking it up which can just be a band-aid solution.

I know first-hand how easy it can be to forsake these aspects of our life and the compounding effect on our mental health because I can come home from a bad day, medicate and then suddenly everything seems fine again. Just my PSA, stay well hombres.
