Cheaper options for medicinal

What is the cost of your medication? The company I'm with (Alternaleaf) costs $139 for 10g of 20% THC bud/flower. And my oil vape cartridges 40% THC cost me $150 ea. Please advise if you know if any places that are cheaper? Im not too worried about initial consultations costs, I just want reasonable pricing.
The online clinics I've heard of so far are: diispensed, PLNTD, Dr. Canna and Easykind.
