So I work for this major health corporation in internal and family medicine. I have been with them since 2019. The current clinic I am in with that company is very toxic so I am transferring back to the clinic I originally started at. The clinic is about 50 minutes away In a different county and honestly, I am just sick of the commute. I get great benefits through this corporation But I am just tired. In the meantime, I have been working at a local urgent care where I live two Sundays a month for extra money for two years now. The urgent care offered me full-time and is only a 75 cent difference as to what I am making now. They also have benefits not as good as to what I have now but similar. So I am at crossroads and whether or not if I should save myself the drive and money and work local or try to grow farther with the current company I am at. I just feel like I have to do whatโs best for myself. Any advice would be helpful thank you.
Cummtes suck, go local save gas and mileage on your vehicle.
