Hello everyone! I’ve been wanting to start a medical assistant program but I do not know which program would be a greater benefit? I’m leaning toward an online program mainly due to the price and the convenience; I originally thought I should go with the US Career Institute while taking a local Phlebotomy class to get certified in that as well to make me a little more competitive and show that I have some in person medical training with drawing blood. Does this sound like a good idea or are there other programs I should consider instead?
Any advice is helpful! I’m just worried about completing the online course and getting certified only to find out I might be an undesirable hire due to my method of getting certified.
