Medicaid denied covering my surgery after my surgery

I got beast augmentation 2 weeks ago and it was supposed to be covered by the medicaid transgender benefit. I just got a letter in the mail today saying they denied covering it for a technical reason. What should I do next? Am I going to get screwed?
