What am I supposed to do if I lose Medicaid?

I’ve had Medicaid for almost a year. I make under the threshold for my state. I have dealt with so much anxiety about losing Medicaid since I can’t afford to pay for health insurance.
Should I accidentally have too much in my savings account one day from interest, what am I meant to do? For ACA, how much are premiums? I have a lot of chronic health conditions and really don’t know what to do.
