UH Caster Paly Help - Survivability Late Game

Hey Guys,
My UHC is doing some nice damage late game but gets absolutely muffed by any AOE ubers. I finished Duncraig after dying 1000 times but still haven't been able to finish Cathedral of Vanity or Legacy of Blood without getting one shot. Any caster tips would be much appreciated. I have 90k Def, 8k HP, Max resists and 15k HP minions to tank damage.
