Why is it that mediacom just rarely works? I swear I pay $90 for the absolute worst coverage I've had.

Seriously, can't seem to go a single day without something going wrong. This isn't storm related, or weather related. Today is a perfectly clear day with nothing in the sky but the sun. HOW are we still out of service?!?
Does anyone have any experience with any other service? I'm tired of paying so much for something so unreliable.
