Don't let your good traction out of your driveway or on your street fool you; the tire treads will be packed with snow within a few minutes and your confidence will bite you in the ass!
When the sun pushes the cold this is going to get real icy and tow trucks will be stretched thin. I've already got a box full of winchouts at 7:30 am, and the samaritans will be less able to help out when traffic volume is higher.
I don't know what else to say right now but please drive slow.
