choppy audio in my clips

hello! i've been getting choppy staticy audio in my clips when i play valorant. i've tried turning on and off every option available but my audio is still unclear. there was a brief period of time where the game audio was fine, but didn't pick up any team/party voice chat (don't know how to go back to that way either).
