Problem with PCB(?)

Post Body

I was using my keyboard (DZ65 RGB V3, Tofu, Boba U4ts) when I noticed my inputs were being received double their length. Basically, I pressed 'W' in-game for 2 seconds and I moved forward for 4 seconds. Soon after that, it stopped working entirely, lights went out, the whole shebang.

I unplugged and replugged it and nothing worked. I flipped the USB-C port and replugged it, and the lights went on... but nothing else works. When I wiggled the port around in the socket the lights actually turned on and off.

My first thought is it was a problem with the USB-C port itself on the PCB. Is there a way I can, more specifically diagnose this, fix this, or return this? (bought from Shockport Keyboards)

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!
