After using this keyboard for about a month now I wanted to give my views on this expensive keyboard.
I always been using a 60% keyboards as never needed a 10 keyless or full size keyboards, now I work from home I noticed a need for a 10 keyless keyboard and I had a spare cheap Bluetooth keyboard, so I carried on using that keyboard for a few months and yes it was ok but didn't want 2 keyboards on my desk.
In come the Logitech g915, I decided I would get this keyboard for the wireless technology and bluetooth, below I have listed the pro's and con's
Pro's
Wireless and bluetooth connection
Solid build
Great media control's
Tactile keys feel nice to type on
Great for gaming due to have dedicated arrow keys, not a fan of WASD
Battery life is great
Cons
No on board memory to store lighting config in bluetooth mode
No Linux support for lighting
No custom keycaps ( due to them been low profile)
keycaps font when lights are off is hard to see
G hub can sometimes be buggy (not keyboard related but still a con)
Price
Overall
This overall is a solid keyboard and gets the job done and I love how I now only have one keyboard which I can use for my work laptop and home PC, for the price I have to say not worth £200 more like £150.
Overall I will continue to use this keyboard as it has made my working from home life easier, plus I drop £200 on on the dam thing lol.
I am interested if anyone out there uses this that agrees with my views or has different Pro's and Con's or even has some good tricks and tips for this keyboard.
