Ducky one 2 mini white not working

I recently bought a ducky one 2 mini white (previously had a black one) I already tried different cables and different USB ports (my black ducky one two mini worked perfectly) however when I plug in my white version I can’t even type on it. I did firmware updates and everything. Should I just RMA it? However it was working for a bit then all of a sudden it stopped. :( I keep getting device descriptor request failed.
Just to clarify I also plugged in the ducky one 2 mini white into other computers and it did not work either.
