If anyone was lucky to win a GID Kosmo, the invoices are incorrect. They should have been $66 not $60.
Kudos has said that he is taking the loss for his invoice pricing mistake. But please, if you won, do the right thing and send a $6 friends and family PayPal gift for the $6 difference.
