First time posting here.
About 8-9 months ago, I had purchased a Corsair K70 RGB (tramp stamp logo) refurbished from an online retailer. A few days with playing with it, I noticed that one of my keys would not light up correctly. I shipped it back and instead decided to go for the sail logo model that was unopened (worried that it would have issues).
Fast forward to now, I learnt that the K70 sail logo model has a controller that does not do 16.8M colors. Welp. So, I contact them and their reply is a very casual "Well, your first model was incorrectly said to have 16.8M colors but the one you replaced it with cannot be exchanged for the newer model since we changed the sticker to: multiple colors." The newer model fixed the light controller to show 16.8M without the lights flickering issue.
When I had contacted Logitech for the space bar being slightly shaky on my G810, they immediately shipped me a new one without even asking the old one back. Thanks, Corsair. Great service.
EDIT: So they told me over the phone if I can prove that I have purchased other Corsair items they might consider doing an exchange. I provided with a receipt of a mouse I had bought and........ DENIED. Thanks Corsair.
