This might not be appropriate and no one will probably care, but I had to share with someone. My wife doesn't care (probably because I've talked her head off about what to order, what features I want, etc, etc.) and none of my friends are into mechs. So that makes you guys the lucky ones.

After starting the research here, I considered several boards: WASD CODE and V2, KUL ES-87, Leopold FC660, and KBP V60 before deciding I couldn't pass up the aluminum case on the Pok3r for the price. Notice how I slowly talked myself into a 60%? Waffled for a minute over backlit w/ ABS or non-backlit w/ PBT, then figured I'll be buying keycaps in the near future anwyay and have heard the Vortex PBT legends wear off quickly. I joined the 1976 group buy on Massdrop the other day, so by the time those finally ship, I should have a handle on the Pok3r's layout.

Now it's on to other caps, a matching Pexon cable or 5, artisans, other boards... ah! Thanks for all information, /r/mk. There's a lot to learn and this is a good place to do it.
