Brand new Ducky Shine 3 - Why is my spacebar sticking?

So I just received my Shine 3 that I bought on Black Friday from NCIX - upon receiving it, I changed the spacebar (removed alt keys and applied even pressure on both sides with index fingers) and now it sticks. If I press the spacebar normally (not hard or soft) it depresses and then only comes up about 50%.
I lubed the stabilizers (the corners that are exposed) but it didn't seem to do anything. is there anything else I can do to fix it?
