Zuoya GMK 67 - Outemu silent grey tactile switches, KBDIY Sea Salt Keycaps, tape modded (insulating and duct tape), foam removed between plate and PCB (knocked the volume knob off the desk during reassembly and its gone AWOL hence why its not in the pic :/ )
