Does the CAD package even exist for what I want to do?

I want to design a Circular knitting machine. This will require me to make parts for the machine and then stress and wear test them. I also need to simulate the actual knitting process so I can adjust the design as needed. Doing an FEA simulation for the rigid parts is one thing. Simulating the knitting process is another. Simulating the mechanical wear is quite another thing still. Is there a CAD package that can do all of this or am I looking at a CAD and dedicated simulation package?
