Looking to protect a base plate from braided hose vibration - recommendations

Hello,
I have a braided hose that’s sitting on a base plate with coating (paint) and during vibration, the steel braided hose will run against the base plate and chip away the paint.
I am looking for something to add either to the base plate or the braided hose to protect the base plate from chipping,etc
Any recommendations? Such as Teflon tape, P-Clamp? Looking for best option aerospace grade
