We have a 2014 GMC Acadia and a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. Both have fobs with remote start. The GMC you have to push the lock button, I think, 3 times. The Pathfinder has a button hanging off the fob you push to start the vehicle. We leave both fobs in the vehicles because we've lost them in the house before (eventually found, never replaced). 5 kids, 3 adults and stuff comes up missing all the time. I would like to make a copy of both so I can hang them by the door to start the vehicles through this winter. Where do I start? Can Auto Zone or Advance Auto do it? I don't even know if the remote starts came with the vehicles or if they were aftermarket.
