Filled my truck with too much oil

I have an 06 gmc sierra 4.3 and u should put 4.5 quarts but I read 6 quarter but I was for a 16 sierra I believe. How fucked am I, been driving on it for like 2 weeks, nothing seems to be wrong but just realized this now. I plan to drain 1-1.5 quarts today am I okay?
