Hey All-- I don't know a ton about cars. Took my 2002 dodge neon to the shop and they said that it has bad struts and a ton of rust on the bottom of it. Basically they said that I can drive it, but don't go slow on bumps and get a new car asap and it's not worth trying to repair the struts. Have put a lot of money into new brakes over the last year and has a gasket issue but otherwise the car drives ok.
I don't car a lot about comfort or how it looks, but I do need it to be reliable. Is it time to get a new vehicle, and how long can I drive it like this before I replace it?
