Squealing noise coming from back left tire

I noticed this starting with a storm we got a couple days ago. So, it could just be from the rain, but it is rather dry today and I noticed it for about 10 minutes today. When I drive my car starts to squeal from the back left tire area and will continue to do so for about 10 straight minutes of driving until it eventually goes away. The sounds usually stops when I am braking for a stop, but sometimes doesn’t. The noise also will be there if I am refereeing. Anyone know what this is? Thanks.
