Overdue maintenance

I am ashamed to admit that I am one of those people who do not keep up with regular maintenance besides oil changes. I have a 2018 Civic Hatchback. that has 33k miles on it that I have not had any of the regularly scheduled maintenance on. Where should I go from here? Go to the dealer and tell them to catch me up, go to a mechanic to request specific things?
