Diagnosis help? Potential issues

Not sure if this is the right place for this but I’m having some recent car issues and was wondering all the problems that it could possibly be so I know what to expect and to say to the mechanic on Monday.

Recently my driver side headlight went out so I replaced the bulb but it still won’t turn on. The bright lights work as well as the turn signal but the low beams and high beams will not turn on. I’ve replaced the bulb twice and made sure to treat the bulb delicately as I’ve heard that can cause issues.

My car is a 2016 Scion IM
