2005 Honda Civic Hybrid - IMA System Not Charging

Hello all. I bought a 2005 Honda Civic with 125k miles on it. I was able to start it with a jump box, but as soon as I took jump box off, it turns off. It instantly turns on check engine light on. Tried to charge regular battery and put it on the car, no luck, hybrid battery still not charging it. Checked fuses related with IMA and all were good.

Any one can direct me on diagnosis please? I have no idea about Civic hybrids. Done couple of minor fixes on Camry and Prius before but Honda’s look different 😅
