Warped Bottom End?

The keep my dad left to me is a 1995 Jeep wrangler with the AMC 2.5l engine, the keep is very special to me and we had the top end rebuilt a few years ago, this month it blew a valve cover gasket I replaced it and the the oil pan gasket took a shit. Replaced that too and started it up and once again oil was leaking from the pan…. I had a mobile mechanic come out and he said the bottom end is warped. I’ve heard of a warped head but not the whole block. Thoughts?
