Is it normal for the engine and trans to giggle a bit when I spin the wheel

Bought a used car for a relative I gave it a tuneup and jack one wheel at a ti.e to check to see if the wheel bearings are bad, it is a front wheel drive and I moved the front wheel back and forth (ad musc ad it allow me to) and I noticed the engine and trans giggle a bit, is this normal the car is a 07 versa
