New car owner of a vehicle with 150k miles -- is there a list or resource out there that details what sort of maintenance (and frequency) I should do to keep in good working order?
Post Body

I just got my first vehicle: a 2008 Toyota Rav4 Limited with ~150k miles on it. I know I need to get oil and oil filter changes every 5,000 miles / 6months -- but maintenance beyond that is a complete mystery to me.

Is there a resource somewhere that clearly lays out all the maintenance I should do for my vehicle so it stays in good working order? (Ex. rotate tires every X months, check Y fluids every Z months, etc)

I really appreciate any help you're able to offer!
