Hi!
I have a 2012 toyota yaris with 151,500 miles. I bought it used about 2.5 months ago. When I bought it, I was told that the tires were new. The tire pressure light had been on ever since I got it. I did put air in all the tires and check the pressure. If anything, they are all slightly above the optimal pressure! The pressure is also correct in the mini spare tire too.
I wanted to turn off the tire pressure light, but everywhere online shows that thereās a button near the gas pedal that says āresetā that you hold for 3 seconds. I donāt see that in my car anywhere. Is there a certain code I have to type into the radio to turn it off? Is it that the sensor could be faulty or broken? How could I know if it is?
Here are pictures in case Iām missing something or thereās actually a button here that I donāt realize is a button: https://ibb.co/b7w5DNj https://ibb.co/QDXq4Hw https://ibb.co/4MJMSDc
Thanks!
