What is the aspect ratio of 195R14C commercial tyres? Snow chains?

Hi everyone,
I have 195R14C tyres on my 2005 Kia Pregio van. These are commercial vehicle tyres (hence the "C")
I've measured the height of the sidewall and it is approx 12.5cm however this is quite inaccurate.
This would give an aspect ratio of 64.
My questions are?
1) Does anyone know what the aspect ratio of these tyres are ?
2) Do you know what size snow chains I require?
