Rear axle replacement question

Should both sides spin freely when it's removed like this? The right will spin but not the left, it's a limited slip I believe. Got a replacement rear axle and checking on this before I go through all the hassle of installing it. Thanks in advance.

After some googling I took of the drum and that did it now both sides spinning the parking brake was pressed on it.
