Post Body

In my vehicle listed above I am having some trouble shifting when I am accelerating, even moderately. It seems to happen mostly when upshifting into 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. I cannot shift quickly at all, or else the gears grind. This forces me to wait an extra second or two to shift, which kills a lot of my momentum and makes merging on the freeway difficult.

I can prevent this from happening if I shift around 3500 rpm or below, but that obviously prevents me from accelerating very quickly.

Can anyone offer some advice on what this might be, and how difficult/expensive it may be to fix?

Thanks!
