Hi, I'm trying to remove the a-pillar trim on a 2015 Kia Rio so that I can run cable for a dashcam, but I can't seem to disingage a strange clip. Sorry I don't have a photo, it's a bit awkward to get the phone into the right position. The clip appears to be permanently attached to the car body and to the trim panel and it has a mechanism that allows it to slide out a short distance.
Sorry if this isn't enough information, but if anybody knows what I'm talking about I'd appreciate instructions on how to remove it.
