Hey everyone,
I've recently gasket matched the exhaust manifolds on my mopar 360 engine. The car is a 73 challenger. The engine is a 75/76.
Its actually a second set of manifolds, but they're done and ready for installation.
My question is: while I have gasket matched the exhaust manifolds, I haven't done anything to the heads yet. I don't intend to until later on when im ready for head work to be done.
Will putting these manifolds on rob any performance from the motor? Without the corresponding gasket match on the heads, will the ports in the manifold now be too large?
Or, can I throw them on, see some benefit and then see more benefit when I do the head work?
Thank you!
