Malfunction Indicator Lamp just came on. My usual mechanic is 40 miles away. Can I drive there in the morning?
Post Body
06 civic, 137k. Most recent work was throttle body service last Friday. only thing on the "needs doing" list is radiator hoses... Just want to know if I can drive there without ruining my car, or if I need to call around locally tomorrow morning for a new mechanic.
Thanks.
Edit: I replaced the spark plugs a few weeks ago (about 1k miles) in case that makes a difference.
