Today is the 2nd consecutive day I noticed this issue. I drive about 40 miles to work. After I park, I can smell something burning. Turns out, it was from under the car. It seems to be only happening under one of my exhaust pipe. I believe it is one of my catalytic converter.. There is some sort of liquid ( oil / coolant) pooling under it, and white smoke are coming out as a result of the liquid burning. I shot a video. The front of my car is to the right of the frame.
The car is fairly new, 2010 G37. Any advise will be welcomed. If you need more information, I will try to find out for you.

Edit : after my car cooled off, I used a napkin to wipe some of the liquid off. It is pretty much burned dry by now NY the heat of the cat. Here is a picture, I couldn't make out the smell. http://imgur.com/eoo5Z75
Edit2: I checked back on the parked car after an hour. The cat was wiped dry from last time. I noticed a small pool of liquid accumlated under the car (1 inch diameter). I checked and it was very similiar to the liquid on the cat. So I believe /u/Pops__Racer's suspicion was correct. I am currently leaning towards brake fluid as that is the only fluid I see that is low. I also checked under the cat again, now the substance is very sticky, from being burned.
Edit 3: Just got home back from work. After further inspection, the entire bottom of the car is covered in this liquid. It's all over that plastic flap you remove when changing oil that metal block just after the plastic flap.I have also ruled out Transmission oil and Engine oil. The reason is because I just wiped a palmful of this thing, and it didn't smell like used oil.. Heck, I could wash it off super easily with just water. I took a better picture of it.. seems reddish in color. http://imgur.com/HUWP0iN
